I swerve out of the road because there was cars in the middle of the road, and I accidentally run over pickles. I stopped, apologized, and got my ticket from blank. I pull away and Kaylee warrants me for reckless driving.

Last I checked, running over someone = killing someone with your car = murder, especially in this scenario. If Pickles was in the middle of the road, I most likely would have ticketed you (of course, depending on how he was run over). But since he was off the road, in what now seems to be an unsafe area for people to walk on, I warranted and arrested.

Plaayer is right in this situation, Murder does = Arrest.

Even though it is accidental, you cannot get mad at Plaayer doing his job as a Cop.
