Repeatedly breaking rule 1 even after Father has warned him.

Also breaking rule 22 by disrespecting players including me when I keep telling him not to.

Obviously doesn't care and needs to be warned.

He now realizes what he was doing ooc wise and I have notified him that he is not able to own property and be government.

I would just give him a warning he seems to be compliant now.
