Kicked him once for admin provocation. Kicked him again for taking lead just to spam noises. Banned him for spamming over nonames.

Despite one of his bans being disapproved, he has been muted multiple times for spamming every single day. He should know the rules by now but he ignores it.

He shouldn't be spamming over lead nor should he be taking lead, making random noises, then passing.
