Cheating.

Trigger bot 100%, and possibly using walls and a bhop script because they usually all come together in multi-hacks.

At the start of the demo you can obviously see it by using host_timescale 0.05

It's guys like this that ruined shooters and the reason why I quit playing CS. Obviously nothing has changed. No one knows how to catch them when it is so easy to do.

Do you even have timescale bindings? If you don't that is why you don't see anything... If you like I can fraps for you the parts where it is obvious.

In this demo, boots is not walling, nor triggerbotting, nor bhop scripting.

If you have another demo I encourage you to post a new report, as this has been disapproved and locked.
