I'm looking for opinions on this player. Is it just a series of lucky guesses or is he walling? I lean towards good game play, but there were several suspicious moments before I started recording him that made me question my judgement. Coming down the opposite side of the map and him pointing and firing at me at the exact second I come around the corner, etc.

I don't want to ban indiscriminately, but I don't want to let him continue to cheat if that's what he's doing. Not to taint the jury pool, but his player profile does show a previous VAC ban, but it doesn't say what it was for. He is also a Top-20 VIP player.

What do you think?
