Previously kicked by another admin for trolling/racism. Came back and started again. I kicked him (along with another admin) and warned him to stop. He came back and trolled some more so I gave him a 20 minute vacation to chill out.

This is apparently his 4th ban for racism. Guess he's a slow lerner.
