Putting cops/swat jobs to 0 and not following proper mayor rp/rules.

1st pic - What he said in chat and what it was changed to

2nd pic - List of jobs. He changed it to 1 right after I took the screenshot

3rd pic - STEAMIDs (Wasn't sure if needed but I did it anyway)
