Job abusing between gun dealer and thief to constantly RDM people in the PD. Then found him prop blocking the old gun shop by the train area.

There was another guy named Turtle that was nonstop breaking NLR (somewhat in the demo), didnt make another report because i didnt know if it was ban worthy...
