There is no disrespect and nothing about telling admin what to do the only thing i see is keith stone spamming in the second demo and egging motive on. Also the first demo is 6 seconds long.....why post it? To make it seem like there was more "proof" I do think motive needs to take a break from the Jailbreak server but there is no proof in these demos. Just because your HG doesn't mean the rules don't apply to you and I'm supposed to look the other way.
