Although he claims that it's "a heavy object on his keyboard," you can't do that since walking in circles requires mouse movement (either +right or +left). Now, for Biohazard, he was using +right or +left and +attack for the little noise that the gravity gun makes, which you can probably hear. Watch the video in 720p. Recorded w/ FRAPS.
