He didnt even say a word to me, he just decided it would be easier to kill me rather then give me a warning, but in the end I didn't even have a weapon armed nor was I hitting or was I a threat to him or his fellow gang members. Additional Comments? I even stated that I was unarmed when he shot me, he shot me again to kill me after I said I was unarmed meaning he knew and didnt care.
