I did a little bit of research on the topic and came up with this link: http://reconcilegami...opic=4245.0 It seems the exact issue stems from something on the database side, not the player side so there's nothing to really worry about for you. I have brought this to the attention of the coder and mappers we have for GMod and they are looking into a fix at the moment but for now, I know it's annoying and it's very cluttered in your console but there's nothing you can do player side.
