Has about a year of warranty on it (i think). This card is on the larger side so make sure you can fit it before buying. The noise is due to an air bubble inside of the pump. I have gotten 2 of these from swiftech and both have been rma's. This is the third one that has had this happen. All that needs to be done is it drained of all fluid and refiled with distilled water. This should fix it no guarantees.
