I had that account before, but I had thought that the account had already been rendered no longer a recruit. Main reasons I am reapplying are due to financial constraints and family tragedies (two of which being Grandfather passing away and Grandma having her first stroke), I hadnt been able to be on too much and, also, due to upgrading to a new pc via financing but being unable to save all my passwords and login data. I suppose you could say I also wanted a fresh start as a recruit.
