I tried building a dota 2 team from scratch. It hurt my rating quite a bit but I didn't mind as long as we were sticking to strategy. I tried to lead the dota team but there were always issues in the team. Our community leader actually put the blame on me for being a bad dota leader and it developed it sort of a beef. Long story short I really want to play in a competitive dota team without any drama or issues. All members are required to be on our TeamSpeak3 Server whenever playing. Will you agree with this rule? Recruitment post on a forum I stumbled on Any other information you want to include is welcome My solo and party rating were always around 3.5k+ but it dropped to aprox 3k. I can play any role besides support (carry, hard carry, ganker, disabler, nuker, jungler) I understand the mechanics on any dota 2 character.
