40k tick , drive my demo in front of the bank/gas station in city and u will see joe rossi just running down the street to bk. He rdms cops not attempting to pursue him.

Only reason I'm reporting this user is because hes baited me a T O N of times with his shotgun, he likes to run around with it in his hands and he thinks its okay to just shoot any cop he sees fit.

I don't know what your talking about, I just rewatched my demo like 5 times because maybe u were right and maybe I really fucked up. But no... i watch from 38.5k out and the cops are partying in the back of a truck @ Bk.

But I understand, post anything to justify his rdm and hope for the best

I also reviewed this demo about 3 times and the officers did nothing to attempt arresting you they were driving in their cars and you started shooting. In the future please make sure you only shoot at cops if they are actually attempting to arrest you (meaning shooting you with tazers, pointing guns, or running after you with handcuffs trying to arrest you). Thanks for the report.

My mistake you aren't, but regardless the cops were not trying to arrest anyone. They were driving in their cars and Joe started shooting at them.
