10. You must be in teamspeak to participate in a 10man. (IE. Not having sound muted.)

Not going to ban them this time around. If you see them in the server again, you can do either of the following: You can explain to them that they must been on our teamspeak server and provide them the IP of our teamspeak or you can contact one of our CSGO dAs who are usually in help desk or another channel in teamspeak.
