Thanks for the report. It seems very evident that his earlier bans have not served as sufficient warnings. As I only see 1 incidence of his racism and instead multiple proofs of trolling using a carpenter's hammer, he will be blacklisted. He can expect a very long ban on any rule breaking he does next.
