When it comes to working and dealing with the public ..it sure does take a toll on that person. Having to always be happy and smiling ..sometimes that smile is so forced ..you wouldn't believe it.
When it comes to servers, retail associates & everyone else having to interact with a customer ...if you are that customer ...be nice ...always. Not everyone is perfect ..everyone is entitled to make mistakes. If you, as a customer, gets mad over a missing sandwich ..you pop isn't refilled right away or if someone needs to ask a manager for their opinion ...understand that there is much more to the world than a couple of pickles on the sandwich ...the server has 10 other tables besides yours ..and the sales associate might not know the answer right away. No need to get mad ..or upset. They person trying to help you is most likely really trying to help you. It makes the situation worse when someone gets upset over something this isn't even worth it.
