But according to the book, inconclusive replays (you couldn't actually see the ball go off of Reggie's hand) mean they just go by the call on the floor. Call was OKC ball. This wasn't the only problematic ruling though. The (non)call that stood out to me was when Jackson raked Paul's arm on the last possession (along with a kicked ball by Ibaka after) when a foul was called on Westbrook's 3-point shot just beforehand.
