Mornincupofhate Posted June 8, 2014 Share Posted June 8, 2014 (edited) I think we should be able to kidnap citizens and not just the Mayor because this takes all the fun out of being a criminal when you cant take people hostage and sell them. I've also made a few rules IF this does get added * You may only kidnap players once every 15 minutes. * You may not kidnap government workers except for the Mayor. * You may not kidnap someone for longer than 15 minutes. * The person kidnapped MUST follow FearRP. * The person kidnapped may not pay their own ransom.
