Anyone can create an account and pick the Global Elite flair, many people on that subreddit are lower then DMG (most of them are Gold Nova 3, which is one of the most common ranks.) You can also see this by the high percentage of Silver 1's and Global Elite's... Only like 1-2% of all players are actually Global Elite... Quote Link to comment
