It doesn't work properly with speedtests of that nature due to the boost you get for the first 10mb of the file, go download openoffice and once it slows down tell us the speed. Yeah... Companies like Comcast, Cox, etc. burst your bandwidth for a few megs. It also makes it really hard to measure what you're ACTUALLY getting from them, considering I have this package at home, and the connection is kind of dick most of the time.
