6. Please tell us about the incident: Kicking without reason, slaying idk why. Also racism in server which is diff issue but waiting for his reply.

I can't speak for the other kicks etc but the Fisted Granny one was certainly legit. I was about a second and a half away from kicking him myself for causing trouble on the mic and talking over people. I can upload screenshots of my warnings if you need them.
