Shaman
Was finally able to do another round of MM before the thing kicked me for another 21 hour cool down. This time it went much better on the first round and I didn't feel so useless. People might say that going in with random people is usually terrible instead of a regular team but this grouping did really well. We did have a second round but that one was kinda lame as the people would probably have destroyed us and instead they Surrendered. For me personally I've been doing some tweaks to different settings both In-Game and also on the CFG said that are geared towards MM and so far it has made a huge difference with MM. Not going to lie pretty proud of this one for once. 1 Quote Link to comment

UnPrePared_
Even if you're bottom fragging you don't have to be useless. If you give good calls and damage enough players, it will become easy for the rest of your team. Don't try to be a top fragger if you're just new to the game, play supportive e.g: Learn smokes and flashes on maps, make sure you have those always and if you're CT carry a defuse kit all the time! (Yes I'm a bottom fragger) EDIT: a complete useless person is a DMG+ that dont talk top frags but still lose. Or any one that doesnt give any info. Shaman
I just played with Lucky, and we got rekt. we need at least 3 of us. :/ Unless its me or you. I was so happy that we ended with the people we did during that game. We were all able to communicate effectively and that was what I felt helped the most. Even if you're bottom fragging you don't have to be useless. If you give good calls and damage enough players, it will become easy for the rest of your team. (Yes I'm a bottom fragger) My goal is not to be top fragger though, My whole goal is to get to where I should actually be and then start improving to get to a position where I can work on getting more towards the top. From what I experienced and with how long I've been playing CS (Think back to no recoil and 1.3 lol) I should have been doing much better to start with, I'll be the first to admit that I was at first having buying issues and not saving initially and that had something to do with it. There are a few things that I have realized and the first of which is that on a normal day (without messing with anything) unless you have a really good net connection then your client is actually running about 100ms behind what the server is seeing. So while your client is showing that it was a hit there is still a delay while the client sends to the server to check and see if it actually was (Hits that do no damage). This was one of the issues that I have been having. If you look in the Internet thread you'll see that my internet is actually really terrible. The optimizations that I spoke of worked for me because they brought it closer to what the servers are actually seeing. All that being said there are so many areas I can improve upon, one such is learning the maps more (last night was awesome for learning Mirage) and learning when to flash and where to smoke. This is just the beginning for me. Edited February 4, 2015 by Alten Quote Link to comment
