Killuminati
2 mods so far have been found to install malware and keyloggers. The mods in question are NoClip mod and Angry Planes mod. I wont link them for obvious reasons but they are on the popular GTA V mods site. Some good tips to follow: .asi files are technically .exe files. They can run and install anything when executed in GTA V. So be weary of which mods you are using Some mods have the source code included so look over it and compile it yourself (If you have the knowledge to do so). For the people who don't want to or know how to I would recommend researching. Read the actual mod's comments, read the GTA V PC subreddit, not the regular GTA V subreddit that is mainly utilized by console users and/or wait for reputable sources to confirm that a mod is safe. People like Alexander Blade (one of the devs for Open IV) are good sources and is always posting on the GTAforums. I'll link some helpful posts to read up on this whole scandal. 2 helpful links included, read the comments/posts at those links for guides on how to remove this malware/keylogger and other helpful information. http://gtaforums.com/topic/794383-possibility-of-trojan-downloaderspyware-installed-via-gta-v-mod/page-1 TL:DR If you use or used Noclip mod, and/or Angry planes mod. Delete them! Run your antimalware/antivirus software full scan. check your registry, and change any and all passwords that you may have used since installing this mod not only your steam/rockstar social club password they keylogger was logging EVERYTHING you typed. There are some guides in those links on how to remove this keylogger and malware.

Short
People seem ingnorant to what these "mods" actually are, they're just renamed dll's that hook the game. People should use the same caution as running an unknown exe. Edited May 15, 2015 by Short
