But I really would like to get my self unban from two servers more then anything in the world where I never had a problem playing in. If you didn't know me and them who did I lived in the Css/CsGo Jailbreak Servers and was a very good and active admin there. This last year been like my heart was removed from my chest and set in a window where I could see it but not take it back inside of me. I do have a alt account that I could have join in with but I respected the ban not to. Yet I did use my alt teamspeak acc at one time to join teamspeak just to see how the community was coming along didn't cause one problem for two months being in there. I did finally let them know it was me due tot he fact that people in management knew it was me and I didn't want get them in trouble for my fuck up and mistake. I don't have much faith that this well work but it has been a year and if it doesn't I'll be back in a another year to try again. I cant change the past yet only give the words that. Good people can make bad choice in the past. But shouldn't be held over there head for a lifetime. What you did, which most of leadership and members who were around at the time will know (even leadership not around at the time won't have a hard time finding out), is absolutely despicable. When confronted about it, with full proof of the issue, you fought with every member of leadership tooth and nail, denying everything and accepting no responsibility for your actions. You say for good people not to have bad mistakes held over their head, which I agree with. However, this is not the situation with you. You have a prior history of similar incidents as well which were swept under the rug or ignored or hidden due to certain people in power. We had knowledge of this at the time as well, and had to fight for the outcome that we wanted and eventually got - your ban. This isn't the situation of a single screw up becoming what defined a person, but what many similar issues and behavior also defined you as. With that being said: I'm not in leadership anymore, and can't decide your fate, no matter how badly I want to. People who promise to change time and time again, yet continue NOT to change, are the people that get too many chances and blow all of them, only to ask for more. However, being one of the main people who handled the situation, I hope this is seriously taken into consideration. Not just for our personal feelings toward the situation, but the situation itself, those effected, and those who would innevitably be effected in the future with your continued actions. I have little affiliation with HG since my decision with leadership, but seeing you unbanned would still make me sick to my stomach. As Deathshot said, your case is one of fighting corruption and problems on multiple levels. The fact that we had to fight to get what we wanted against someone who did disgusting and outright criminal things to members and friends of HG alike is absolutely not acceptable on any level. More so than that, you say "Good people can make bad choices" which is basically saying "I did nothing wrong" which is completely incorrect. You basically committed a criminal act with what you did, beyond it being an otherwise disturbing and very wrong action on your part. This wasn't the first time either. This was a repeated offense carried out. Every time you denied any wrongdoing. In short; I am surprised by you making an unban appeal when you know what the outcome will be, and saddened that you still deny any wrongdoing. Fyi due to the fact that you were givin I didn't have any proof to back up my statement to show my side the story & still don't. Yet that doesn't matter at this point and time due to the fact that I have made admins with the person in this whole thing was over. My prior history has nothing to do with this case or is similar you don't know or can comment on the something that happen before you join the community or was in leadership. You can only go by what you read and not know what really happen with out being there to understand it. I only said your name in the unban thread due to the fact that you were the banning admin is all. There was no promise made when I came back to the community last time by I did end up joining the community once again and shouldn't have looking back now. Your personal feelings flow thought the statements you speak very loudly Deathshot. I only wanted to play HG JB nothing more nothing less no Forums/ Community and not Teamspeak just JAILBREAK like I said in my unban thread. It was never a goal to make my personal feelings secret. Through the sheer amount of disgust dealing with the situation, anyone who was involved with it will most likely have a personal resentment towards you. Again, you are asking for your history to be purely ignored. No explanation, defence, or responsibility taken for your actions. History repeats itself - to ignore that fact you have to be either a fool or blind, or both. You should also know that to be unbanned from Jailbreak, an unban from teamspeak and forums would likely follow as well. That would be a community presence, which obviously doesn't seem to be wanted. It also hasn't even been a year. A year is defined as 28 days on HGBans, and you are only just over 11 months as of right now. The minimum ban for Malicious Activity, usually for much less serious offenses than this, is standard at 1 year. I most likely digress. I was purely here to state my piece having been involved. Mentioning that you did not have evidence to back up our claims means nothing and is a an attack that will backfire against you if details are revealed. I will save you face and not even go there. As a parent and a gamer, I strive to keep this community clean of creepers who exploit young people. There is nothing you can say or do to sway my decision, and I will publicly vote no. A final decision will be made later today when council considers everything presented. There is more I want to say but I have to be professional.
