Downloading TeamSpeak

Connecting to the Server

 

There are 2 ways of connecting to our teamspeak, the first one is clicking this link:

It should bring you directly to our teamspeak. If you want to do it the long way, follow the steps below.

Once TeamSpeak is downloaded, open it up and use the top left Connections tab and hit "Connect" as shown:

 

 

Once you do that, it should open up a new screen that asks for the Server Address/Nickname/Server Password

 

You want to fill it out as followed:

 

Server Address: voice.hellsgamers.com:2012

Nickname: Your forum name

Password: *leave blank*

 

 

 

Options

 

Once you connect, you may want to check your options to make sure you have a talk key.

 

To do this, you click the "Settings" drop down bar, then "Options". Then from the side menu bar, you want to select "Capture".

 

From there you can make sure all your settings are how you want them.

 

 

 

Once you're connected

 

So now that we have you in our teamspeak, you'll want to drop down into the "Helpdesk" channel and grab your tags!

 

If you aren't in HG, you can request the "Friend of HG" tag, so you can move around to all of our channels.

 

After that you should be good to go.
