Hg Event Management Idea

So for events, would we be using a server that we currently host gamemodes on actively? For example, we only have the ZS server and the Cinema server for GMOD, so would the events be hosted on lets say thew ZS server, because that'll disrupt the players that frequently play on the server.

Ideally, it'd be nice to see an event server for each division so that we can upload game modes, and prepare for events without altering any debug servers set up. We used to have an event server for each division which worked out very well. All we had to do was communicate with staff/upper staff before the event and make sure we could. I remember there only being one issue with this method though. I was told the event server would be up and going for the event, but when it started there were very little staff to be found and it ended up delaying the event almost 2 hours. This problem would definitely need to be fixed somehow so that in the future events will run smoothly, and can only be the responsibility of the person hosting the event. Which is why the, possible, event management position should have access to the event server, and be able to upload their own alterations to the server for events (Depending on what all HG Staff says, and with proper training of course)

And cookie, we did do most events on the perp debug, but we had an event server in the beginning for perp. Just not sure if it kept up with updates and got lost, or what happened to it.
