A way we can massively lower the amount of mass freekillers/ cts that do not know the rules is to have a certain amount of time they have to be on the server before they are allowed to join !queue or ct. If we have a time such as 5 hours of game time, it will allow them to at least somewhat understand the rules in stead of lots of people joining guards right when they join and mass freekill causing everyone to be salty.
