I apologize with all the upgrading/downgrading overclocking my rig isnt feeling very pretty. Maybe I'll take some fashion shots when I replace the GPU coolers with Zalman VF900's later this week. Some dude named whodie is writing me custom folding bios.

LOL my rig last week. This is a test rack for the crap load of these we are dumping out in the field. These are Redundant H.264 Encoder switches we are going to being using quite a bit when the digital switchover is complete. You take any source video regardless of quality and these badboys dump bluray encoded files for IP transport to your hubs and someday straight to the settop box. Are you asleep yet? I could keep going?

What you have overclocked? CPU? Videos cards?

You folding brah? Who you fold for?

I'm not doing any folding at this time, but that's what these cards are popular for, thats how I got intouch with whodie.

CPU is untouched at the moment. It was running 3.6ghz at some point I don't see any reason to. Cpu isnt a bottleneck for anything I play.

Cards are running

700/1782/900 core/shader/memory

I could do more, but I'm held back by the dual slot 9600 which is complicated.

If I ever get settled down I'm going to do reviews and benchmarking. As there isnt a official review of the Evga 9600GSO regular/OC/Sli.

Depending on how I feel they either get put in a box and shipped to egay or I add a third dedicated physix 9600GSO.

Yes, harmonics is cool but only for the few. Theres game nerds, programing, photoshop nerds, and then far deeper into the earth there lies..Network nerds.

True network nerds are most fasinated by things like PCoIP, reversing DDos attacks, and the giant bundles of long hull fiber that encircles our planet and keeps the Darwinians safe and warm at night.

I must sleep. Soon the internets will need me.

I've been thinking about folding, overclock.net has a lot of good guys and good info on it. Probably will wait till i upgrade to a Q9550 or Q9650 though.

Yea i've seen quite a few using those for folding. Saw someone running tri-sli and had some great folding speeds.

The E7200 at stock speeds is definitely a bottleneck for HL2 games in 24+ man servers, but as long as you're happy and can't tell that's cool. I really wish they would add some dual core support.

Tougher to o/c dual gpu's, lots of heat as well. My network knowledge is limited, so i guess I don't get your network nerdyness ;)
