Guess which one got this copyright strike? If you guessed mine you win a cookie. The song Hide and Seek by Imogen Heap WAS indeed used but it was used on the episode. The original video had 50k views and was uploaded in 2012, so why didn't that video get copyright striked? It doesn't stop there either. I made CCTV trolling videos and I used two songs. All Star by Smash Mouth and Somebody Watching Me by Rockwell. I got a copyright strike for both of them. I believe this was a true copyright strike, though... WHO IS BODY BY JAKE? I've done research and found out that Body by Jake is some Fitness Specialist. Okay so how does he fit in All Star? He has a workout playlist on amazon. Cool. So how does this fit into All Star again? Ohhh I see. Just because he has it on his workout playlist that means he owns it? He's not even the one that owns it! The playlist had various artists and you're telling me that he owns those songs? Fuck you Body by Jake and fuck you UMG. And all the copyright strikes were to monetize my video. Only if you go above 1M+ Subscribers they just stop giving a shit. But yeah, the current Copyright System of YouTube is getting abused and you are not the only one suffering from this. The content was used by other people but they weren't copyright striked, as I said with the Imogen Heap issue. Plus it follows fair use. All Star isn't owned by Body by Jake, I've tried a lot of searches which lead me no where.
