Maybe use this time to work on some short term memory exercises. That may help you recall the incident that caused you to get banned. If you reach success there, maybe come back to the site (I'll link it here in case you forget the URL - http://www.hellsgamers.com/) and try addressing what caused you to get banned in the first place.
