Perp Downloads

Is there any way to reduce the fastdl/intro downloads while joining the server the first time. I erased the folder and when I rejoined, found that it downloaded over 4gb of stuff. I also seen a dropbox folder from someone else on here for only 500mb. So is that all that is needed? Or is everything necessary?

There are some downloads that for all the perp textures and such that you need if they are faster to download that our servers. Let me look for them

You also need TF2 (Weed) EP2 (Coke and map based textures) and CSS (Map based textures (Can't remember if gmod 13 gave you css map textures or not))
