Hedgemon Posted April 6, 2017 Share Posted April 6, 2017 Hey, I'm getting into creating my own plugins but am having a networking issue. I spent all day working on this but cant figure it out. Ports are forwarded and router says the same thing but other people cannot join my dedicated server. Here is a video showing my ipconfig, router screens, and start.bat file. The ports are open on the router but when I attempt to check them with canyouseeme.org or similar sites the connection times out. Same when players attempt to connect to server. SPlink :) Posted April 6, 2017 Share Posted April 6, 2017 I don't know anything about hosting servers, but your IP is an internal IP address, and if your friends who wish to connect type your IP in (the one you displayed on your IP config), they won't connect.
