HGCE Events Prize Policy

This is an outline for the HGCE event prize policy. If your requested event fits follow the guidelines of this policy it won't need approval from outside of CE.

 

Per-event basis:

• Each place awarded a prize can be awarded a maximum of 2 currencies, however, they must still add up to less than the per-event maximum.
• Each place should be awarded less than the place above it. (e.g. 1st shouldn't get 5k HG Bux while 2nd gets 10k etc).
• A maximum of 5 places can be awarded a prize. Any exceptions will require approval from gaming and HGDC Directors.

 

• HG Bux max: 30,000
• ZS Points max: 20,000
• JB Rep Max: 4,000

 

Per-month basis (all events):

• Any prizes can be denied by a Director if they believe the event shouldn't have the prizes that are being given (ex: movie night)
• All events per month cannot exceed this maximum.
• Busier months like summer can sometimes have this per-month maximum overridden due to more events.
• These limits are to help spread out the prizes so we can keep our economy stable.

 

• HG Bux Max: 150,000
• ZS Points Max: 80,000
• JB Rep Max: 16,000

 

Prize handouts & prize changes:

• Prizes will be handed out by directors; HGDC Directors handle the currencies such as ZS points, HG Bux & JB Rep; Gaming Directors handle GOLD & VIP accounts.
• If a user requests a prize chance after they received their prize, it must state specifically in the event proposal if it's allowed. If nothing is mentioned it's up to the HGDC Directors.
