2 months ago my lifts where:

 

275 deadlift

225 squat

185 bench

 

today my lifts are at:

 

335 deadlift (i feel like i could go further just dont want to risk injury)

315 squat

245 bench

 

my next goal (hopefully within the next 2-3 months):

 

405 deadlift

365 squat

275 bench

 

What is my motivation?

 

To put it in simple terms is i have a younger brother that can lift more than me so hes one of my major competitions which i find a good reason for me to keep going to the gym. The other thing is it feels really euphoric when you get people looking at you in the gym squatting 3 plates pulling 3 plates with good form. The heavier I lift the happier I am. Make sure to set goals for yourself so when you meet them you can feel like you have accomplished something, also make them realistic.
