Jessica's Guide On The Use Of Cards And The Advance And Disadvance

Hello everyone

 

So happy new year

i'm writing this on jan 1 2018 and well school for me is starting on jan 2

 

So since 2018 has arrive and the new year is here

i thought why not make an guide on the use of cards

since i've seen alot of new players and they were like: Oh , admin admin , how do you use cards ?

Like bro , never play pokemon before XD ( I'm joking , don't put me in jail )

 

so i don't know if you call this an guide

cause this is just guiding you how to use them

 

Now i'll say this again , if you're not from the gmod division and you don't know what i'm talking about

then i suggest you to head to ZS and try the game for yourself or ask the division staff if you need or the Gmod community

 

So i'll start introducing you to cards

 

Now cards were added around late 2017 , i think around august or later than that ( i cannot even remember and too lazy to check the changelog )

and the use of cards is to sort of upgrade the weapons

now everyone is different so the cards we all get are different but the same

let say that player 1 glock card has level 7 while player 2 glock card has level 3 , so everyone is different

everyone's cards are different from one another

 

now this guide will probably answer that question that all of us including myself wanted to know

so i'm here to explain to you that ONE question we all have in mind

 

NOW that question is , is it possible to trade cards ?

currently , it's not possible to trade cards however when I was reading an suggestions , and northground gave me the answer

 

The Advantages of trading cards is that

 

- You can get rid of unwanted cards

- Sell them to players and earn points

- Keeping the cards that proven benefits for you

 

BUT Yes there's an BUT here

 

The Disadvantages of doing that will be

 

- Being OP ( Overpowered)

- Pro Players have an large advantages of getting rare / super strong cards

- Very Unbalance for the game itself

- Players will complain about it and being salty

- Unfair for both team ( meaning some players will have large advantage to take over and the zombie team will be unfair )

 

 

That's the reason why trading cards will never be added to the server due to these reasons

yes I know, trading your cards will sounds very amazing and very fun

however all updates has it own advantages and disadvantages and if trading cards is added to the server

it will be unbalance, unfair and overpowered etc....

 

Now i'll move on to upgrading your cards

 

Now all cards can be upgraded

however it will require your points

now to know like where I can get cards

 

Getting cards can be earn by killing zombies or play on the server for certain times

Players usually get

 

- Small deck

-Large Deck

-Chest

-Large Chest

-Mystical Chest

-Legendary Chest

-Epic Chest

- Rare ( Only happens on sunday )

-Beginner Chest ( Receive as an first award, never again after that )

 

 

Now I won't explain like how the chest work

Now yes they requires your points so here's what i'll suggest / recommend

 

Recommend

 

- DO NOT Spent all your points on cards ( Advanctage: will upgrade your weapon to levels . Disadvantage : You will go broke very easily )

- Try to earn as much points as you can and spent the cards WHEN you needed to / needed an weapon to be upgraded

- Best to keep extra points and upgrade your cards for the future

 

Suggest

- When you earn an deck / chest, try to keep as many as you can and open them if needed ( I saw goatzy did that and open them if you need to , random cards will be given to you )

- Try not to upgrade your cards straight away after receiving it

 

 

Moving on to upgrading

with advantages and disadvantages

 

Advantages

 

- Make your weapons stronger and better ( e.g the firing , the ammo , the accuracy )

- Able to make your zombies stronger ( e.g the health , the damage to humans / cades etc )

- Able to collect different types of cards ( e.g Common , uncommon , rare , legendary )

 

Disadvantages

 

- Require your points to upgrade it

- Collecting the amount of cards ( E.g level 5 glock requires about 120 cards to be upgraded )

-Legendary and rare are SUPER rare to get and will take some times , depending on your luck

- Spending too much points on upgrading cards will let you easily be broke

 

 

So that is all I have to say
