Techmo
if you are running the 32 bit version of the TS client on a 64 bit os, you still need to install the 32 bit visual c++ redist. http://download.microsoft.com/download/9/3/F/93FCF1E7-E6A4-478B-96E7-D4B285925B00/vc_redist.x86.exe

Techmo
I need to know the full error to know what you mean. Is your version of ts 32 bit? Is your version of windows 64 bit? Edited May 6, 2018 by Techmo

Techmo
So if Windows is 64 bit, and TS is the 32 bit version, you have two options. * You could install the 64 bit version of TS (i recommend). * You could install the 32 bit version of the C++ redist package. Unfortunately, 32 bit programs are unable to use 64 bit libraries, and the 32 bit version needs to be installed (c++ redist). The link I posted above should be the correct version, and is taken from the TS website. If installing the 32 bit libraries doesn't solve the problem, you might have to install the 64 bit version of TS (which I recommend doing anyway) You can get it here, be sure to click the link for Windows Client 64 Bit https://www.teamspea...downloads.html# Hopefully that helps Edited May 6, 2018 by Techmo

Techmo
If the update for some reason doesn't work (there's no reason it shouldn't), you can manually copy the missing library into system32, and syswow64. You shouldn't have to do this, but as a last resort, if windows is already borked, it should work. I put them on my server if you want to download them (be sure to extract them). 32 bit 64 bit copy the 32 bit .dll file within the folder to C:\Windows\System32 copy the 64 bit .dll file within the folder to C:\Windows\SysWOW64
