Imperial Knight Posted May 21, 2018 Share Posted May 21, 2018 The Recruitment team is looking for some new members who are interested in: Reviewing applications Interviewing and promoting applicants Potentially recruiting new players for various rewards We are primarily looking for new Recruitment Staff in the following divisions: All divisions We do regular activity checks and referral checks to make sure that each staff member is active in reviewing applications and interviewing applicants. Requirements for being Recruitment Staff (leadership): Must be an HG Member Must be active on TeamSpeak and on the forums. Benefits of/Rewards for being Recruitment Staff: Premium Gold Account [Admin] on all HG servers. Able to have the [CE] tag at the end of your name. Eligible to get referral badges for meeting certain overall quotas. The following are the current badge rewards for various overall quotas of referrals: Gold Recruiter Requirement: Recruit 100 overall people. Reward: Gold Recruiter Forum Badge Silver Recruiter Requirement: Recruit 50 overall people. Reward: Silver Recruiter Forum Badge Bronze Recruiter Requirement: Recruit 20 overall people. Reward: Bronze Recruiter Forum Badge Note that recruiting is an optional portion of being Recruitment staff. The main responsibility is the review of applications and performing interviews with incoming recruits. However, these reward badges are exclusive to Recruitment staff.
