Getting Back Into Comp

As the title says, I'm getting back into csgo competitive, can anyone link me anything they find useful (spray pattern maps, nade positions etc, my steam workshop doesn't work)

 

Also paying £50 to whoever tells me how to stop getting russians on my team

I swear the maxping command doesn't work for me, I set it to something like 100 and always get around 120 on na servers
