If the player continues after said warning, kick them with a clearly stated and valid reason. If the player reconnects and continues breaking rules, ban them and post the proof on HG Bans. Remember that demos, screenshots, or other proof are required for all bans! ALWAYS UTILIZE MUTE/GAG RATHER THAN KICK OR BAN WHEN POSSIBLE!
