D.C. Court Rejects FCC Motion to Postpone Net Neutrality Lawsuit

Soon we will be able to hear Ajit Pai's lame excuse for rolling back net neutrality protections under Title II in court. Ultimately this lawsuit should prevail as the FCC's decision was arbitrary and capricious by not having any effect on the telecommunications industry or their ability to attract additional investment for expansion. Hopefully we will be able to hear details during oral arguments as they happen.
