Below are some basic pointers and info to help you learn about our Division. We have made a list of common questions that hopefully will help inform you how things are set up. 1.) Are there general rules and guidelines that are to be followed inside servers and out of servers? Yes, we expect everyone to treat each other with a decent amount of decency, courtesy, and respect when playing on any of our servers as well as engaging on any of our social media platforms, Steam, Discord, etc...Please read over the guide to familiarize yourself Here 2.) Who are the Division Leaders? - Division Leaders are responsible for maintaining and advancing the Division as a whole. They moderate game servers & our TeamSpeak, review ban reports, recruit new members and keep the Division Leaders informed of division activity. Who are the Division Moderators? - Division Moderators are the first level of management in our division. They are responsible for moderating our TF2 HG Servers, recruiting new members, and enforcing the rules to keep the servers clean and fun. How active do I need to be on the forums and in-game? - We would like to see as much activity on all platforms as possible. It helps with future promotions!- Interacting with fellow Division Members on TeamSpeak & the forums is recommended. You can meet more people! - The minimal requirement for forum activity is one post per month and at least one login on the forums per month. 6.) How do I get promoted? After being a -hg- Recruit for 2 months, you can apply for [HG] Member. This requires five "+1s" from Members who have met you. You will also need 10 posts on the forums (replies on recent topics). This also can be your opportunity to apply for TF2 Moderator. 7.) Where can I start posting on the forums? You can make an introduction thread here to introduce yourself to fellow HG Members.https://hellsgamers.com/forums/forum/31-introductions-start-here/This is one of many places you can post and chat with others here at HG! 8.) Who do I talk to if there is an issue? If there is any type of issue, do not hesitate to talk to our Divisional Management! The recommended Position chain order is Moderator --> Division Staff --> Division Leader. We recommend this order in case there is no one at one level online.
