not abuse unjust and one-sided

i've been banned multiple times for "racism". admins have always told me that i can not use the N-word in reference, or say a statement with the country "niger" or "nigeria". i come onto the HG Trade 2 Minecraft Server and a lady says the N word, apparently referring to a player who had earlier said this. everyone in voice chat started screaming when she said it. She also used the R-word as an insult. Peppercola, who admittedly mic spammed was muted. we called for justice for pepper cola to let him speak his side. The lady later said the n word again, and claimed it was in reference. Since she was not muted for referencing i will say what she said, "-you said n****r". everyone wanted her muted for she had said the n word, but nothing happened. i typed in chat about how unjust this was, stating facts about things that have been told to me in the past by admins, but i was gagged. i changed my name to "HG IS UNJUST", but my name was changed to, "I make mistakes". They say they need evidence, which makes sense, but all of this is hearsay, including my report here. there is no justice and there needs to be. it feels so one sided and biased. at the end of the day there was no implied racism, it's so fucking stupid.

Now you are correct, using the n-word in reference is still breaking the rules as you are still saying it. However, I cannot act on things I have no proof of. During my session I only caught her saying it once. Now she might have said it prior, however, I had no proof of that so I can't act on it. When she did say it during my session I followed procedure & warned her (refer below). After she said the n-word you & your buddies started mic spamming which I warned all of you for almost 15 minutes prior. It was not unfair, you were given a chance & you broke it. Now I warned 2 other times afterwards because of randoms connecting after my initial warning (they started mic spamming), that means you got 3 warnings before you & all of your bubbies were muted/gaged. That is more than enough warnings for you to improve your behavior. Now after I muted you & your buddies you proceeded to cause drama in chat (refer to chat history), I gave you plenty of chances to end the drama & instead you insulted everyone who went against you. Once I silenced you & your buddies, you decided it would be a good idea to continue the drama by renaming your self. so I changed your name & locked it to end the drama. in addition, you also avoided punishment afterwards, which is why you're currently banned.

i was not mic spamming at all. and was she muted since she said the n word? the only warning i got wasnt even directed towards me, it was directed to a guy who was just spamming "OOOOOO". i changed my name, not to cause drama with the girl but to show how unjust it was. i asked raging what "silencing" was and said "very descriptive" after. thats the last i said and then i was gagged once again despite me behaving.

adolfsax2020 you were asked to stop talking about the issue in the server and then you continued. There is better ways to handle things. You can always gather proof and then send a PM to whoever to handle whatever issue that you have. You also did not actually fill out an abuse report.
