It's setup so those who don't want to use it, don't have to. As you are loaded in without autohop enabled. But anyone who is interested in using it, can type !autohop in chat (Course maps only, not minigame maps) and auto bhop will be enabled for you. This way, those who have difficulty bhopping will have the chance at a better experience, while those who are experienced and may not want it, are not forced to have it.
