---------- Internal Branch ----------

DGD and DDC (director of the development community, or director of HGDC) both report to the DIA (director of internal affairs).

----- Gaming Divisions -----

Most of the older positions will remain the same, this goes for mods, staff, leaders.

All game divisions will report to one director only, the DGD (director of gaming divisions).

Council group will no longer be involved with bans or abuse reports, the division leader

or DGD has the final say if necessary. Council members can still be called upon to handle a

ban or abuse report, but only in extreme cases where the division leader or DGD cannot perform their duties. Same procedure with promotions, the DGD has the final say. Council will not be involved if not necessary.

----- Development Community -----

Development Community will be split into 3 teams, design team, webmasters and game server development. Access given to dev community members will mostly revolve around the way it is currently, in most cases HG developers that write plugins will need root access testing servers for research in their respective division, webmasters' projects are currently unknown and is to be determined by the DDC or above.

Development Community members are not required to be part of the clan, but they can apply if they want to, they are allowed to operate outside of clan expectations such as server, forums or teamspeak activity, their only requirement is to fulfill their respective purpose in the development community. If they are not part of the clan, they do not answer to staff or division leaders, only to the DDC.

---------- End of Internal Branch ----------

---------- External Branch ----------

Keywords: DCE (director of community engagement), DCS (director of corporate strategy)

DCE and DCS will report to the EED (external executive director).

----- Community Engagement -----

Community Engagement will be split into 3 teams, marketing, recruitment and events team.

  1. Events team will be split into sub-groups for each division (members will not be locked into doing events for one division), their focus is to come up with at least one event per month for the division of their choice, members that wish to join the events team will be reviewed by the DCE & The Division Leader for the division that the member is planning on providing events for. For example, I want to join the events team to provide events for the CS:GO division, the DCE and the division leader(s) of CS:GO will decide if I am fit for the position or not. The DCE cannot himself approve members for the events team, the DL will also be required to review all applicants. There will be a maximum number of members for the events team. When the slots are all taken, applicants will have to wait until there are free spots to apply for the team. I believe a maximum of 3 or 5 will be suitable per division. The DCE will be responsible for removing inactive members. They will be communicating heavily with the HGDC (Game Server Developer Team).

  1. Recruitment Team will follow a similar structure, each member of the team will choose what division they will be doing recruitment for, and will have a set number of team members per division.

  1. Marketing Team, this is the facebook, twitter, youtube etc. team, they advertise events, giveaways on social media, they are not division focused, the point is to get explore for the entire clan, member limits and responsibilities are to be determined by the DCE or above. They will be communicating heavily with the HGDC (Design Team).

----- Partnerships -----

Partnerships will be split into 3 teams, Corporate Partnerships, Community Partnerships, Ambassadors.

  1. Corporate Partnerships will be responsible for seeking sponsors for our clan, example G2A, LootCrate etc.

  1. Community Partnerships will be responsible for seeking partnerships with other communities, doing scrims with them, community vs community events etc.

  1. Ambassadors will be the individuals that will be the bridge between community or corporate partnerships, there will need to be a branch for each...I do not have any ideas for the access that these individuals will have, it's a slippery slope currently, not everything is set in stone.

---------- End of External Branch ----------

---------- Executive Council ----------

Keywords: COS (Chief of Staff), IED (Internal Executive Director), EED (External Executive Director).

Chairman, Founder, Community Leader, this will be Homer.

The COS will be the 2nd highest ranking member of the clan, he is above and beyond everyone except Homer.

Homer will not be on 24/7, he will not be active to read your pm's about being banned by a stupid admin, this is why we have all of these new roles so that he doesn't have to deal with every little small thing. Keep it inside your division.

Chief of Staff will be overseeing both the EED & IED (external and internal directors & the branches they are responsible for).

When Homer is not around, COS will be calling all the shots, he is like a Homer v2.

The COS is directly responsible for overseeing the EED & IED and checking their actions & activity. He is also responsible for bringing in new Executive Directors.

The COS only answers to the Founder, aka Homer.

Both the IED & EED report directly to the COS.

The Secretary is an executive role whose main purpose is to transcribe and record various meetings. In addition, they are responsible for maintaining the scheduling of leadership and executive level meetings. They are also responsible for collaborating with the Executive Board regarding all meetings where an Executive Council presence is requested.

The Historian responsibility will be given to the Secretary at this time to maintain all clan archives and documents.

---------- End of Executive Council ----------
