Think about it. People have trouble keeping their own accounts safe. Can you really trust somone to keep an account that is NOT theirs safe? And how many un-ban requests have we has where "it was my brother when I was sleeping." Or "that was my son, I wasn't even in the room, I was baiting in the shower at the time."
