We did it with applications so why not templates?

I had an idea and wanted to pass it along.

Templates and rules on the reports section are being ignored.

How would it work if we had automated templates (like the applications) for Ban Request, Ban Report, Unban Request, Abuse Report, Removal from T-list and T-list Request?

On the top of the subforum, just have a button like that for apps. On the left, "Ban Requests" and on the right "Ban Reports".

Once they click, have all the rules laid out there and instructions on how to get proof/Steam IDs. Below are the templates I suggest, I just slightly altered a few.

After they fill out the template, a staff member reviews and tags/takes appropriate action. This will also eliminate the annoying forum bot.

1. Name:

2. Steam Id:

3. Server:

4. Reason:

5. Proof: <either a demo or SS is required depending on the problem>

6. Comments:

1. Name:

2. Steam Id:

3. Server:

4. Reason:

5. Banning Admin:

6. Action Taken (Length of Ban):

7. Proof: <either a demo or SS is required depending on the problem>

8. Comments:

1. Your in-game name:

2. Server that you were banned on:

3. The Banning admin:

4. Your Steam-Id:

5. Reason for ban:

6. Why you deserve to be unbanned:

1. Abuser name:

2. Their Steam Id:

3. What server:

4. About what time:

5. Proof:

6. Please tell us about the incident:

1. Name:

2. Steam Id:

3. Reason:

4. Proof:

5. Explanation of the situation:

1. Your in-game name:

2. Your Steam-Id:

3. Reason for adding onto the t-list(Thread link will do):

4. Your explanation of the situation:

I hope this sounds feasible as it would streamline the process and make everyone's lives less miserable (and reduce spam by non-staff members all posting the same thing "Where's the template?").

Feedback, +1's, and criticism is welcome.

Thank you.
