Hey guys,

I was thinking about getting another monitor for my computer, and i was wondering if anybody else has dual monitors and what they're opinion on it is. Is it worth it? And if its not much trouble, could you send a picture of what it looks like in-game, i have seen tri monitors, but not dual monitors in-game.

Thank you,

Cattown

I know there are some drivers that will allow you to extend games across two monitors, but I haven't ever tried it myself. One thing you'll have to think about is whether or not you're okay with the seam between the two monitors. It can be distracting to some people.

Outside of that, I don't think I can ever comfortably go back to a single monitor for a computer I use heavily. Here's a pic of my setup from forever ago.

if you want to game on dual monitors you will either need a newer graphics card from nvidia or ati or you will need a triple head to go, other wise you will only be able to game on one monitor.

trust me i have 3 desktop monitors and 1 TV hooked up my my computer.

is that a wii next to that monitor?

Yeah, that's a Wii. If you couldn't tell, that Toshiba is actually a 1080p TV, so I have it running through component cable.

Then again, I don't really play the thing anymore because the game market is kind of stagnant.

If you are going to do it....sometimes, you just have to do it right :)

Big picture!!

3 monitors:

2 22" monitors in Portrait View (resolution 1680x1050 each)

1 30" monitor in Landscape View (resolution 2560x1600)

Edit **

If you want to have task bars on each monitor, you will need a copy of Display Fusion.
